Over the course of her career, Hampton Luzak has contributed to a number of historic preservation and community outreach endeavors. She is actively involved in the restoration and re-sale of historic homes, primarily those from the late 1700s. To date, Hampton Luzak has funded such endeavors in neighborhoods in Connecticut, New York, South Carolina, and Massachusetts.
Hampton Luzak also supports historic preservation as a member of the Colonial Dames of America, which has promoted the honoring of early American history and historic sites since the late 19th century. She maintains similar membership in the General Society of Mayflower Descendants, which celebrates the pioneering spirit of those who arrived in North America on the Mayflower. She holds a bachelor of arts in American studies from Hollins University and has enhanced her education with a six-month program abroad at the University of London, where she studied English literature.
Ms. Luzak has contributed to the education of others in her community as a private donor to the education of several local students. Additionally, Hampton Luzak contributes to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) and an affiliated organization known as the Joyful Heart Foundation.
